If you are aware of any server abuse, SPAM or hosted phishing websites on our network or from a domain registered with us please contact the abuse team as soon as possible with full details. You can either open a Abuse Ticket (via our helpdesk) or via email us at [email protected]. All abuse tickets will be replied too within 3 business days but on average you will be replied to within 24 hours.

Need to make a complaint

If you are unhappy to any part of your service with Host Media please get in contact with our management team who will work through any and all issues to ensure you receive the service expected.
