Terms & Conditions

We understand that terms and conditions can be long, we try to keep things as simple as possible. Unsure of anything, just speak to our friendly team.

We have listed some of the key areas for you to browse quickly. We recommend reading the full document, but we understand that may not always be practical. If anything is unclear, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

If you have a contract (signed contract - if unsure please contact your account manager) with us these Terms and Conditions still apply to your accounts unless areas are stated in the contract that a section or sections work differently to the Terms & Conditions set below.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; SERVICE AGREEMENT
Host Media shall provide its Services to you (the Customer) under the terms and conditions of this Customer Agreement. This Agreement is intended to protect both Host Media and the Customer and to maintain the integrity of our services.
This Agreement, together with the Order Form and any other documents explicitly referenced here, forms the complete agreement between Host Media and the Customer. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
The Customer may be: an individual aged 18 or over; or a legal entity such as a company or limited liability partnership. Where a person acts on behalf of a Customer, they must be legally authorised to do so and to accept this Agreement on that Customer's behalf.
You understand and agree that services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in this Agreement affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.
  2. HOST MEDIA HOSTING SERVICES
    • Bandwidth - Each hosting plan includes prepaid bandwidth. Additional bandwidth is available. Contact our sales team for more information. Accounts will be suspended if bandwidth usage exceeds the prepaid allowance.
    • Domains Hosted - Host Media hosting plans include domain hosting. Each hosting plan has a maximum number of hosted domains. Please refer to your plan details for the applicable limit.
    • Domain Registration - Available online with or without hosting packages. Domain registrations are final and cannot be refunded. More detailed information regarding domain names can be found in the Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.
    • Domain Redemption - Fees will apply to domain names that pass the grace period. We strongly recommend renewing domains as soon as possible to ensure they do not expire. If you have any questions regarding redemption fees please contact our sales team.
    • Disk Space - Additional disk space is available. Payment is accepted in advance. Contact sales for more information.
    • IP Address - Host Media hosting accounts do not include a dedicated IP address as standard. Contact sales for more information.
    • MySQL Database(s) - MySQL databases are included in all hosting plans. Additional databases are available. Contact sales for more information.
    • MySQL Database Storage - Database storage is available up to the disk space allocation of your hosting plan.
    • SSH - Please see hosting plan details for packages that have SSH access enabled. Contact sales for more information.
  3. PRICE CHANGES
From time to time we may be required to change our pricing due to market or supplier increases which affect our business. In the event of any price change we will notify all affected customers. This may affect hosting, domain, hardware or any other service we provide.
  4. STOPPING OF SERVICES
We can at any time stop providing services to new and current customers. We will email any affected customers regarding options to move their service to other similar services.
  5. UNMETERED SERVICES (INCLUDING DISK & BANDWIDTH) / PACKAGES / ADD-ONS
Limits may be added to hosting space and bandwidth if your hosting service (Shared, Reseller, VPS/VM etc) exceeds the amount of hard drive space or bandwidth that we can supply. Our systems are able to handle large amounts of space and network availability but if your account starts to affect other accounts on our servers then action may be needed. We will contact you before any limits are added and to discuss ways to manage your account. Further fees may be required.
An example limit may be if your hosting space reaches above 100GB (100,000MB) or your bandwidth goes past 1TB (1,000GB).
For VPS/VM/Dedicated Servers, our unmetered bandwidth offering is based on fair usage and all networks are closely monitored. If your service exceeds normal web application operations, your service may be limited based on our findings. Normal monthly bandwidth usage is defined as between 2-3TB (total combined IN & OUT network usage) unless otherwise stated (for example, where quoted or defined as fixed limits). Constant maxing out of network port speeds will result in speeds being reduced to as low as 1Mbps IN/OUT if continued network abuse is identified.
  6. BACKGROUND OPERATIONS/PROGRAMS ON SERVERS
Scheduled tasks (Cron Jobs) can be configured and run on your hosting account. Additional charges may apply where significant system resources or operational maintenance are involved, though we aim to keep these to a minimum. The CronTab service is integrated into the hosting control panel for your use.
Optional and additional Host Media services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty or guarantee of results. Host Media rejects any implied warranties in relation to these services. Host Media, its employees, management, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of any additional service, including direct, indirect, punitive, or incidental damages resulting from any failure, suspension, or termination of those services.
  7. SERVICE GUARANTEES
Host Media guarantees 99.9% network uptime and 99.9% network stability. This guarantee does not apply to problems stemming from:
    • Server hardware breakdown
    • User error or deliberate interruption of service by the customer (for example, if the customer shuts their own server down, Host Media is not responsible for the resulting downtime)
    • Failures caused by software not explicitly supported by Host Media
  8. BACKUP SERVICES
As a no-charge service, Host Media performs regular backups of its servers that house web hosting and reseller packages. Our standard VPS range has snapshots taken periodically. Developer VPS services do not have any backups taken. No backups are performed for dedicated server packages unless the Customer specifically purchases an additional backup service.
Any and all backup services provided by Host Media, whether paid or not, are offered with no warranty or guarantee of their date, accuracy, or integrity. The Customer agrees to maintain their own backup of all data (files, databases, and any other data the customer considers critical) at all times, stored on equipment outside of Host Media or its affiliates (for example, a local computer or third-party backup service). Should the Customer fail to retain a backup and Host Media does not hold a recent, valid copy, the Customer agrees not to hold Host Media liable as defined in the section "Warranties and Representations".
If the Customer requires Host Media to restore a backup, the Customer confirms that the restoration will overwrite any and all current data on the account. Host Media cannot be held liable if a backup restoration does not complete successfully.
If you are using our standard shared hosting and your hosting account exceeds 100,000 inodes, the account will not be included in Host Media's automatic backup process.
  9. SERVER USAGE & HOSTED CONTENT
    • All content hosted on Host Media servers must comply with the parameters stated in these Terms and Conditions. Publication of illegal content or content considered otherwise inappropriate is not permitted. Please contact our support team if you have any queries about what is or is not acceptable.
    • If any Host Media service is used for the purpose of sending SPAM or unsolicited commercial email (UCE), the account will be suspended immediately. We will contact you with details of the violation. If your account has generated a large volume of SPAM we will charge £1.50 per 1,000 spam emails sent from your account.
Host Media expressly prohibits the use of any Host Media hardware or software to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any other hosted machine or network.
    • Each customer will be able to use the package they have purchased at the introductory price and with the same set of features throughout the contract period. Host Media reserves the right to introduce additional features or improvements to packages for the benefit of customers.
  10. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Host Media offers a money back guarantee, the terms of which are defined on each service. This is commonly either a 30 or 60 day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our hosting service, you can email [email protected] and receive a full refund for your hosting plan within the defined period after purchase. Domain registrations, dedicated servers, and addon services (billing systems, dedicated IP addresses, SSLs) are final and no refund can be provided for these.
If your account has been suspended due to illegal activity, the money back guarantee will not apply.
  11. PAYMENT, CHARGEBACKS AND RETURNED PAYMENTS
Customers should abide by our Order Verification Policy.
    • Host Media works with VISA, Mastercard, and American Express via third party payment providers for chargeback procedures. When signing up for a service with Host Media, customers agree to the Terms & Conditions in this document. Host Media will use this document as evidence of the customer's agreement in the event of a chargeback inquiry where the customer disputes terms they accepted at the time of the order.

If a customer presents a valid basis for a refund and has met the applicable requirements, Host Media will process the refund without hesitation. Any refund action will lead to the immediate suspension of the associated web hosting account.

    • Host Media will charge customers based on the fee structure at the time of sign-up. Host Media reserves the right to change pricing and features with appropriate notice. Current pricing may differ from the pricing in place at the time of an existing customer's sign-up.

    • When a credit or debit card has been stored on file, you agree to that card being used for both one-off consumption charges and subscription renewals. We will attempt to renew services automatically using the card on file. If you do not wish to renew any services, please request a cancellation via the client portal, or for domain names, disable the auto-renew option within your client portal.

    • If payment is not received, the account will be suspended.

  12. CANCELLATION
You can request to cancel your services at any time via the client portal. If you are under a contract please refer to your signed documents for information regarding your cancellation terms.
  13. WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS
Host Media provides hosting services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The company bears no responsibility for connection problems or service interruption issues beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including the right to receive services performed with reasonable care and skill.
  14. UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of Host Media services, you must not use those services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any Host Media services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks, through any means including hacking, password mining, or exploitation of vulnerabilities.
Host Media reserves the right to disclose any information as it deems necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, and to edit, refuse to post, or remove any information or materials at its sole discretion.
Host Media reserves the right to refuse service to any party. Our servers may only be used for lawful purposes. The following uses are expressly prohibited:
    • Transmission or hosting of copyrighted material without authorisation, material judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret
    • Hosting, distributing, or linking to content that is defamatory, abusive, unlawfully harassing, or pornographic
    • Hosting or distributing malware, ransomware, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, exploit kits, or any malicious code designed to damage, intercept, or interfere with computer systems or data

    • Operating cryptocurrency mining or any proof-of-work operations using Host Media server resources, whether for personal gain or on behalf of a third party
    • Operating stresser, booter, or DDoS-for-hire services, or using Host Media infrastructure to conduct distributed denial-of-service attacks against any target
    • Operating open mail relays or configuring any service in a way that allows unauthorised third parties to send email through Host Media infrastructure
    • Operating botnet command-and-control infrastructure or participating in botnet activity using Host Media resources
    • Operating proxy, VPN, or anonymisation services on shared hosting infrastructure without prior written approval from Host Media
    • Conducting unauthorised port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or network reconnaissance of systems belonging to others
    • Hosting content that promotes, incites, or facilitates terrorism, extremism, child sexual abuse, or any other content prohibited under UK law including the Online Safety Act 2023
    • Using hosted server resources for bulk automated data collection (scraping) in a manner that impacts server performance or violates the terms of third-party platforms
    • Hosting pirated software, ROMs, or ROM emulators (Warez)
    • Any other use that Host Media, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful to its infrastructure, other customers, or third parties
To report abuse or suspected policy violations, please contact us at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all abuse reports within one business day.
  15. THIRD PARTY
Any dealings with third parties (including advertisers) through Host Media services, including the delivery of and payment for goods and services, are solely between you and that third party. Host Media shall not be responsible or liable for any part of such dealings or promotions.
  16. TERMINATION
You agree that Host Media, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part of it), or your use of the service, and remove and discard any content within the service, if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
  17. SERVICE DENIAL
Host Media reserves the right to refuse service and terminate this agreement, either for a fixed period or indefinitely, where a customer fails to make payment. The customer will be considered a debtor to Host Media and liable for reasonable interest and collection fees.
  18. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are solely responsible for the content of your communications. Using the Host Media service in connection with pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming, or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise) is prohibited.
In consideration of your use of the service, you agree to:
    • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested during registration.
    • Keep your registration details up to date. If Host Media has reasonable grounds to believe that information you have provided is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, Host Media has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the service.
    • When signing up for an account with Host Media, you agree to submit correct and up-to-date contact details. Any changes to this information must be updated within 10 business days via the client portal. Changes should not be submitted by email.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Host Media cannot be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this. You agree to:
      1. Immediately notify Host Media of any unauthorised use of your password or account, or any other breach of security
      2. Ensure that you log out at the end of each session
    • Any Customer found to be in violation of system or network security is subject to criminal and civil liability, as well as immediate account termination. Examples include, but are not limited to: unauthorised access, probing, or scanning of security measures; interference with service to any user, host, or network including email bombing, flooding, and deliberate attempts to overload a system; and forging of TCP/IP packet headers.
    • Any attempt to harm a Host Media server or the account of another customer is expressly prohibited. Host Media will respond immediately and decisively to any such attempt, including "Internet scamming", password theft, and security scanning, whether or not the targeted system belongs to Host Media. Consequences may include a warning, account suspension or cancellation, or civil or criminal legal action.
    • CPU usage on shared hosting accounts is subject to the following limits: each account may use up to 10% of CPU capacity for no longer than 180 seconds at any one time, or 3% over a 24-hour period. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that have a measurable impact on other accounts or on server performance. Account owners will be notified of any suspension and may be asked to upgrade to a more appropriate hosting solution or to reduce the load on their account. Host Media reserves the right to block files or scripts that use CPU resources excessively.
    • You agree not to publish any information, software, or content that infringes the rights of others or that contravenes the laws of any jurisdiction in which that content is accessible.
    • MySQL: each database may only be used by the account that created it. The database has a limit of 45,000 queries per hour. If this limit is reached, no further queries will be possible until the next hour, at which point the counter resets.
    • Host Media does not allow sites that provide content, distribution points, or links to sites that:
      1. infringe on any third party's intellectual property, proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy

  19. CUSTOMER WEBSITE; E-COMMERCE; CUSTOMER WARRANTIES
    • When purchasing hosting space on Host Media servers, customers agree to be fully responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of their website, online store, and e-commerce activities. Each customer is responsible for all products, services, content, and materials appearing online, including:
      1. The accuracy and relevance of customer content and materials in their store or on their products
      2. Ensuring that customer content does not violate or infringe the rights of any person

    • The customer is responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of any customer data (including, without limitation, customer credit card numbers) received in connection with their website or online store.
    • Each customer confirms to Host Media that they own or have the right to use all customer content, including text, graphics, sound, music, video, programming, scripts, and applets. Each customer warrants that the use, reproduction, and transmission of that content does not and will not:
      1. Infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary right of a third party
      2. Break any criminal laws or constitute false advertising, unfair competition, defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of any right of publicity or any other law or regulation
  20. ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR
All customers are expected to communicate with Host Media staff professionally and respectfully, whether by email or via the support ticket system. Abusive, threatening, or offensive language directed at any Host Media employee, partner, or affiliate will be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
This includes, but is not limited to, any verbal, written, or third-party threats directed at Host Media, its employees, partners, or equipment. Host Media reserves the right to determine what constitutes unacceptable behaviour and may suspend or terminate accounts without refund where this clause is breached.
  21. SPAMMING IS PROHIBITED
Upon receiving a complaint about spam originating from our servers, we will determine in our sole discretion whether any messages sent from your account constitute spam. Spamming includes, but is not limited to:
    1. the sending of unsolicited messages in bulk, or unsolicited emails that generate complaints from recipients
    2. the sending of junk mail
    3. the use of distribution lists that include people who have not given specific permission to be included
    4. posting commercial advertisements to USENET newsgroups that do not permit them
    5. posting articles containing binary-encoded data to non-binary newsgroups
    6. excessive and repeated posting of off-topic messages to newsgroups
    7. excessive and repeated cross-posting
    8. email harassment of any kind, including transmitting threatening, libellous, or offensive material
    9. sending age-inappropriate content to anyone under the age of 18
    10. The maximum number of email messages permitted per day from a shared account (or per account within a reseller account) is 500. There are no exceptions to this rule. Customers sending more than 500 emails per day require a VPS or dedicated server.
  22. IP BLOCKLISTING
    • Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting Services: If one of our server IP addresses is blocklisted due to spam sent from a hosted account, we do not accept responsibility for the loss of emails, business, or earnings affected by that blocklisting.
    • Reseller Hosting Services: If an account within a reseller account is found to be causing a blocklisting, we will suspend that account and manage the delisting of any affected IPs. It is not the responsibility of the reseller account holder to arrange delisting.
    • VPS/Dedicated/Cloud Services: It is the account holder's responsibility to handle all spam issues passed to them by Host Media. On request, we will investigate the blocklisting and provide advice and general support.

Our team will monitor and address blocklisting issues as they are reported to us.

  23. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES BLOCKING VPS, DEDICATED SERVER, OR VPN IP ADDRESSES
Some websites may block IP addresses associated with hosting providers, for example streaming services such as Netflix or Amazon Prime, due to their anti-VPN or IP-lockdown policies. Host Media has no control over third-party blocking policies. We will take reasonable steps to ensure our IP addresses are as widely accessible as possible.
  24. NEWS RELEASES
This website may contain forward-looking statements, meaning predictions or expectations about future events that are not based on confirmed facts. Such statements should not be taken as guaranteed outcomes. Forward-looking statements may be identified by words such as "believes", "anticipates", "plans", "may", "hopes", "expects", or "potential". The absence of such words does not necessarily mean a statement is not forward-looking.
  25. FORCE MAJEURE
Host Media will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where that failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances may include acts of any governmental body, war, rebellion, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labour dispute, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of telecommunications or third-party services (including DNS propagation), failure of third-party software or hardware, or inability to obtain materials, supplies, or power needed for the provision of services.
This Agreement represents the complete agreement between the parties on the matters set out within it and may only be amended by a written instrument signed by both parties.
  26. COPYRIGHTS
Copyrighted material must not be placed on customer accounts without the permission of the copyright owner or a person specifically authorised by them. Only copyright owners, or people specifically authorised by them, may upload copyrighted material to an account.
Upon receipt of a valid notice of claimed copyright infringement, we will promptly remove the allegedly infringing material from our services and carry out any further steps as required. We will assume no liability to any customer for the removal of such material.
Please report copyright violations to [email protected]
  27. CONTRACTS
Customers who have a signed contract with Host Media must ensure that contract is digitally signed. We reserve the right to suspend any service where a contract has not been signed within 5 days of notice being given. If a contract is not signed within that period, services will be suspended and a reactivation fee of £100 (ex VAT) will apply. We reserve the right to change how contracts are managed at any time and may request that existing customers re-sign their contract.
  28. ASSIGNMENT
The Customer may not assign this Agreement without the written permission of Host Media. This Agreement is binding on and for the benefit of the Customer, Host Media, and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
  29. COUPONS
Coupon offers do not apply to domain names unless specifically advertised. Use of a coupon applies to one order, covering a payment term of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months as advertised.
  30. DOMAIN NAME PRICES
Domain name prices may change from time to time. Renewal prices will reflect the current domain name pricing at the time of renewal.
  31. FREE WEB HOSTING PACKAGES
When ordering a free hosting package, you understand that the associated domain name must be kept and renewed for the duration of the hosting package. If you request to transfer the domain away, a replacement domain name must be ordered and assigned to the hosting package. If you wish to cancel the hosting account, the domain name can be assigned to another account or transferred away.
  32. HOSTING PROMOS AND GIVE AWAYS
Promotions can be changed or cancelled at any time without notice. All promo codes will display valid terms including the validity period, usage limits, and any minimum spend requirements. Host Media promotional give-aways are only available after the money back period has ended and the customer's second payment has been made. These offers may be changed without notice or refused to any customer who has caused abuse to staff or equipment.
  33. UK GDPR / DATA PROTECTION ACT 2018
Host Media as a Data Processor
Where you use Host Media services to store personal data on behalf of your own customers or users, Host Media acts as a "data processor" under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. In this capacity, Host Media processes personal data on your instructions and on your behalf, within any applicable technical constraints. We will provide the technical measures required to help you, as the data controller, meet your obligations under UK GDPR.
As a processor, we will never use data collected by you for our own purposes. We will only access personal data you have collected where you request us to do so, typically for the purpose of providing technical support. For example, assisting with a database row that contains personal information.
It is the website owner's responsibility to ensure that their web applications and scripts are maintained securely by their developer (who is also classed as a data processor). Host Media accepts no responsibility for data breaches resulting from insecure code.
Host Media as a Data Controller
Host Media also acts as a data controller in its own right when processing customer personal data for purposes including billing, account management, support, and communications. We process this data on the lawful bases of contract performance and legitimate interests. Our Privacy Policy, available at hostmedia.uk/privacy-policy/, sets out full details of how we collect, use, retain, and protect your personal data.
    Sub-Processors
Host Media uses third-party sub-processors including, but not limited to, data centre providers and hosting control panel providers (such as cPanel and DirectAdmin). A current list of sub-processors is available on request. By using our services, you consent to the use of these sub-processors in connection with the processing of personal data stored on our infrastructure.
    Data Retention
We retain customer data for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter as required to meet our legal, contractual, and operational obligations. Further details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
    International Transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or European Economic Area in connection with our services, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
    Marketing Communications (PECR)
Our use of cookies and electronic marketing communications is governed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) as well as UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and cookie settings for further details.
  34. PAYMENTS: 3DS AND STRONG CUSTOMER AUTHENTICATION
As part of our payment processing, we have ensured that all our systems comply with the UK Payment Services Regulations 2017 (PSRs 2017), which include Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements for online payments. We have implemented 3D Secure (3DS) authentication via our payment provider to ensure two-factor authentication is enabled on all card payments.
As we take both recurring and one-off payments, you will need to complete a 3DS authentication on your first payment with us. If you already have a card on file with us and have not yet completed a 3DS process, you may receive failed payment notifications. In that event, please log in to your client portal and process your payment manually via the invoice screen.
Payment cards (credit or debit) stored on file will be used for both consumption charges and subscription renewals for your services with us.
  35. CFManager™
CFManager™ is a registered trademark with the UK Intellectual Property Office (reference UK00003587448). For further details please visit: https://trademarks.ipo.gov.uk/ipo-tmcase/page/Results/1/UK00003587448
  36. NOMINET AGREEMENT FOR .UK DOMAIN REGISTRATIONS
When registering a .UK domain name through Host Media you agree to the terms and conditions of Nominet, which can be found here: https://www.nominet.uk/go/terms. From time to time we may need to validate your domain registration details to meet Nominet validation requirements. This may require a form of identification (driving licence, passport, utility bill, or bank statement from the last 3 months). For companies, further documentation may be required depending on your Companies House records. If you are a sole trader, a bank statement or utility bill from the last 3 months will be required. If you fail to provide the required documentation within 30 days, we will place a data lock on the domain and notify Nominet of the pending validation. Any data requested by Nominet for verification purposes will be kept to the minimum required for that validation.
  37. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
    Consumer Rights Act 2015
Where you are a consumer (an individual purchasing services for personal, not business, use), services provided by Host Media must be performed with reasonable care and skill. If a service does not meet this standard, you may be entitled to a repeat performance or a price reduction. The exclusions and limitations of liability set out elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions do not override rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are a consumer purchasing services online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the contract being formed (the "cooling-off period") without giving any reason. However, by requesting that the service begins within this 14-day period, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be reduced or lost once the service has been fully performed. You may exercise your right to cancel by contacting us at [email protected] or via the client portal. Please note that our standard money back guarantee terms (see Section 10) may offer broader or different refund rights in addition to your statutory rights.
  38. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
Both parties agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. You may contact us at [email protected] or via the client portal.
