Receiving 'Credit Card Payment Failed' Emails Print

If you receive an email titled 'Credit Card Payment Failed' it could mean one of the following is causing the issue:

  • You need to manually make a payment via the client portal using your credit card to enter your 3DS details to authorise your card for use.
  • The bank/issuer may have blocked the payment due to limitations on account spending per month.
  • The transaction amount is greater than the maximum the issuer allows.
  • Approval from the card bank/issuer's call centre is required to process this transaction.
