Railo Services - Amends Tomcat

We have been working with the Railo team to improve our hosting services for Railo and we have made a few changes to our config which are listed below. Please note some of these changes may effect your website so please make sure to read through the changes and if you have any problems please do contact us so we can help.
- Increased CPU limit for tomcat to work with Railo services to better handle processing load (Will lower chances of Railo service failure)
- Automatic Railo restart every other day at 2:00 am to allow a fresh start of Railo services to improve on speeds and performance.
We will keep you up to date with any more amends and upgrades to this service.
